These terms apply to the ToneMosaic Instagram Bio Generator operated by ToneMosaic. Questions about the service can be sent to privacy@tonemosaic.com. By using the generator, you agree to use it responsibly.

Suggestions, not promised outcomes

ToneMosaic generates writing suggestions based on available public information and your choices. It does not guarantee followers, sales, reach, approval, or any other outcome. Generated text can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated text.

Permitted submissions

Submit only accounts and content that you own, control, or are otherwise permitted to process. Do not use the service to collect information unlawfully, impersonate another person, or interfere with a public profile. ToneMosaic does not request Instagram credentials, provide account access, or ask you to connect a private Instagram account.

Fair use

Phase 1 uses fair-use limits to keep the free tool available. We may limit, pause, or suspend access where automated abuse, excessive requests, attempts to bypass safeguards, or harmful use is detected. Do not use scripts or services to create bulk requests without our permission.

Phase 1 availability

The Phase 1 generator does not charge money. Feature availability, output formats, and fair-use limits may change as the service develops. An optional Early Access request is an interest signal, not a purchase or a promise of future paid access.

These terms and the Privacy disclosure are product disclosures for the current service. They are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review or legal advice. ToneMosaic is not affiliated with Meta or Instagram.
