These terms apply to the ToneMosaic Instagram Bio Generator. Questions about the service can be sent to support@tonemosaic.com. By using the generator, you agree to use it responsibly.

Eligibility and agreement

You may use ToneMosaic only if you can legally agree to these terms and are at least 13 years old. If you use it for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so. By using the service, you also acknowledge our Privacy disclosure.

AI-generated suggestions

ToneMosaic generates writing suggestions based on available public information and your choices. It does not guarantee followers, sales, reach, approval, or any other outcome. Generated text can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated text.

Permitted submissions

Submit only accounts and content that you own, control, or are otherwise permitted to process. Do not use the service to collect information unlawfully, impersonate another person, or interfere with a public profile. ToneMosaic does not request Instagram credentials, provide account access, or ask you to connect a private Instagram account.

Ownership and generated content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit and give us limited permission to process it to provide, protect, and improve the service. You may use generated bios, but outputs may not be unique and are not guaranteed to be free of third-party rights. ToneMosaic retains its rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation.

Plans, delivery, and allowances

Free includes 3 successful profile analyses each month, 2 refinements per analyzed profile, and no saved history. Pro includes 30 successful profile analyses per billing period, 5 refinements per analyzed profile, and 30-day saved bio history. Each successful analysis delivers five English bio suggestions in the application. Failed profile retrievals, failed AI requests, and system retries do not consume an analysis allowance. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

ToneMosaic Pro costs $6.90 per month plus any taxes shown during checkout. It renews automatically each month until canceled. You can manage billing and cancel through the Waffo Consumer Portal. Cancellation becomes effective when the current billing period ends, so Pro access and the current allowance remain available until then. See the refund policy for refund eligibility.

Account and payment responsibilities

Pro requires a confirmed ToneMosaic account. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and provide accurate checkout information. Payment processing and billing management are supplied by Waffo Pancake and its payment providers. We may delay or withhold Pro access when a payment is not completed, reversed, disputed, or past due, subject to any paid period that remains valid.

Fair use

Plan limits keep the service reliable. We may limit, pause, or suspend access where automated abuse, excessive requests, attempts to bypass safeguards, or harmful use is detected. Do not use scripts or services to create bulk requests without our permission.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address payment problems, or enforce these terms. You may stop using ToneMosaic at any time; stopping use does not itself cancel a subscription.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ToneMosaic is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, ToneMosaic and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms and the Privacy disclosure are product disclosures for the current service. They are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review or legal advice. ToneMosaic is not affiliated with Meta or Instagram. We may update these terms and will post the current version and date on this page.
