ToneMosaic

Privacy

This page explains how ToneMosaic (ToneMosaic, we, us) handles information when you use the Instagram Bio Generator or request Phase 1 Early Access. Contact us at privacy@tonemosaic.com for privacy questions or to request deletion of an Early Access email.

Public Instagram content used for a generation

When you submit a public Instagram handle or supported public profile URL, ToneMosaic processes public profile information needed to create the generation you requested. Depending on what is publicly available, this can include the profile bio, recent captions, and selected recent image URLs. ToneMosaic does not ask for Instagram credentials and does not access a private account through your login.

Service providers

We use service categories to operate the requested generation: public profile retrieval through ScrapeCreators, language-model processing through OpenRouter, application data services through Supabase, and hosting and delivery through Vercel. These services process information only as needed to provide the tool and operate the application.

Retention and safety controls

ToneMosaic does not retain raw captions or image URLs as long-term profile records. A derived profile cache may be kept for up to one hour to make a short repeat request more reliable, after which it expires. The application uses device and daily IP values in HMAC-hashed form for fair-use and abuse controls. Raw IP addresses are not stored by ToneMosaic application code.

Early Access email

If you opt into Early Access, we use the email address you provide to send product availability or related launch updates. It is not required to use the free Phase 1 generator. You can ask us to remove that email by writing to privacy@tonemosaic.com.

Affiliation and changes

ToneMosaic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. We may update this disclosure as the product changes. The version available on this page describes the current Phase 1 service.
